  • At Allure Horse Care, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:Non-Returnable Items:

    • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any medical or healthcare-related products unless there is a defect or issue that the original supplier can assist with.
    • General Returns: For all other products, returns may be accepted within 3 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please email dale@allurehorsecare.co.za with your order details and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise specified.Refunds & Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange as applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
