Return Process: To initiate a return, please email dale@allurehorsecare.co.za with your order details and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise specified.Refunds & Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange as applicable.
